COPS has added a new and secure section to our web site that allows your subscribers to access their own account information from anywhere they have web access. Whether in the office or on vacation, they will have the ability to view their account information, place their system on and off test, obtain test results and get account history. In addition, they can submit a request to make changes to their account.

The subscriber simply logs in through a link on our home page. They'll be required to enter their receiver number, account number and central station passcode. Change requests are not live and immediate. After a subscriber submits the request, it will be handled by our Data Entry Department who will then contact the dealer for approval.

Dealers will also have the ability to disable any of the functions of the program. For instance, if you didn't want subscribers to obtain an account history or to request changes, you could simply eliminate those features.

Enrollment for our dealers is simple, fast, easy and free. Contact your Account Manager or Dealer Support for further information or to receive a Subscriber Access enrollment form. The form can also be downloaded from our web site.
